Omg
Was reading the newspaper juz now and there's an article bout this fella who survived a freak motorcycle accident in 2006.. His bike was hit by a car as the car failed to keep for a proper lookout when he was making a turn.. That article totally reminded me of an incident which happened two days ago which is on Friday..
I went back to school after my prayers to do my project.. Afer finishing workin on it, i accompanied my friend to the 291 bus stop opposite TP.. I intended to walk all the way home after she took her bus, so i continued walking.. A few seconds later I heard this screeching sound followed by a loud bang coming from the road beside me! I thought a car had just collided with another one cause it sounded like one hell of an impact.. However it turned out to be a motorcycle hitting a van.. The motorcyclist was lying flat on the road opposite of me.. His bike was a few meters away from him beside the van which looked like it was coming out of the carpark beside the Indian food stall.. I was shocked!! He actually flew out of his bike right beside me when i was walking!! Everyone there paused for a moment to looked at what happened.. I stood there staring for a few seconds before my instinct made me ran across the road towards the rider to provide some help.. A few other people came to help as well. Took out my phone to call an ambulance but the van driver already did so.. There's this muscular fella who kept telling injured rider not to move and to say out prayers. He was shaking while he was holding his knees which was full of bruises all over and he looked like he's in so much pain.. I was shaken by what i saw and my heart beats really fast.. The rider is a Malay McDelivery rider btw.. I decided to leave the scene after awhile and head home since there's many people there to help already..
All the way i was walking home, i couldn't stop thinking about what i just saw.. I was still shaken by what i witnessed.. Then at traffic lights, when i heard screeching sounds, i get goosebumps.. My friend even told me to go see a counseller after i told her bout the incident.. hahk but i was fine after awhile.. That incident really scared the shit out of me. I hope the rider is fine now..
That was the first time i witnessed an accident.. Well i witnessed a motorcyclist skidded and fell off his bike before but the one i recently saw was kinda scary man.. There's just so much accidents involving motorcycles and i know it's a risk to ride one. I'm turning 18 soon and i wonder if i should go on taking a motorcycle licence like i wanted.. My bro rides one anyway.. Well i guess life & death is in gods hands.. Accidents happens everywhere not just on the road..
Anyway, my girl joined Nursing in ITE East College.. She's made lots of new friends and i'm glad she's doing alright in her new school.. I just wanna wish her well in her studies and hope she's happy studying there.. Miss hurr alot right now..
Oh ya, Man utd won 2-0 last night against Reading.. Tough match i gotta say since Reading put up a good fight.. Rooney broke the deadlock only in the 77th minute.. And Ronaldo secured the win with a late goal. I think it's gonna be a close fight this season between United and Arsenal.. I'm really impressed with Arsenal i gotta say..
Alright i'm off i gotta go fetch my sis from her religious class soon..
